Josh Silverman is Etsy's Chief Executive Officer, leading the company as it builds a platform that empowers creative entrepreneurs around the world. He is also a member of Etsy's board of directors. Josh's two decades of leadership experience include growing consumer technology companies and scaling global marketplaces. He previously served as President of Consumer Products and Services at American Express, CEO of Skype, and CEO of shopping.com, and he held various executive roles at eBay. Earlier in his career, Josh co-founded Evite, Inc. where he also served as the company's CEO. He is currently on the board of directors of Shake Shack. Josh has a deep commitment to community and civic engagement. He currently serves as Chairman of Code Nation, a non-profit that equips students in under-resourced schools with both fundamental coding skills and professional experiences. He was elected to the Tailored Brands Board of Directors in March 2016, was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in March 2017 and served as Executive Chairman from October 1, 2018 through March 27, 2019. Mr. Lathi is also a member of the Board of Directors of Five Below, Inc. and was the Chief Executive Officer of One Kings Lane, Inc. from April 2014 until June 2016. Previously, Mr. Lathi spent seven years in various senior executive roles at eBay, Inc. and eight years in investment banking and private equity. Mr. Lathi earned his BS Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Herrman, age 59, has been Chief Executive Officer of TJX since January 2016, a director since October 2015, and President since January 2011. He served as Senior Executive Vice President, Group President from August 2008 to January 2011, with responsibilities for Marmaxx, HomeGoods, and TJX Canada; President of Marmaxx from 2005 to 2008; and Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Marmaxx from 2004 to 2005. From 1989 to 2004, he held various merchandising positions with TJX. As Chief Executive Officer and President of TJX, and through the many other positions Mr. Herrman has held with the Company, Mr. Herrman has a deep understanding of TJX and broad experience in all aspects of off-price retail, including merchandising, management, leadership development, business strategy, international operations, marketing, real estate, buying, and distribution.

Katia Beauchamp is the Co-Founder of Birchbox. Katia began her career as an entrepreneur after graduating from Harvard Business School in 2010, where she met Hayley Barna, her Birchbox Co-founder. Prior to founding Birchbox, Katia worked in structured finance and commercial real estate for three years.
