Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Full Charge Bookkeeper
Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
Ensure accuracy in general ledger.
Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns.
Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and multitask.
Ability to adapt to changing job requirements.
Bank reconciliations.
Receives and process documents by reviewing for completeness and clarity.
Works closely with independent outside auditors and Bank auditors.
Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
Ensure accuracy in general ledger and proficiency with general ledger journal entries.
Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns.

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider will also complete a Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQ's) through the Web Portal. DBQ's are condition specific forms created by the VA. The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider will NOT make disability determinations, the VA makes all disability determinations.

Reconcile monthly bank statement
Assist with timely preparation of financial statements, to achieve accurate month and year-end closing of the general ledger.
Other duties and assignments as needed.
Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents as required.
Ensure compliance of policies and procedures for the accounts payable department. Update and revise such policies and procedures as required.
Maintain confidentiality.
