What You Will Be Doing The Aviation Bookkeeper provides infrastructure support to help Moody Aviation equip the next generation of mission aviators, maintains local financial records, manages accounts payable, provides petty cash oversight, performs account receivable functions, reconciles and balances accounts, tracks and maintains inventory records, resolves student account issues, processes aviation financial aid, VA and other awards, liaisons with MBI Chicago on financial matters and generates reports as needed.
