We're looking for an experienced software engineer specializing in data engineering to join our growing team focused on building, supporting and enhancing the OCI Data Center telemetry big data and analytics platform. This platform is at the heart of driving hardware quality, reliability, and efficiency as well as providing operational insights for impact and root cause analysis. - Has served at least 180 days on active duty

Meets DoD SkillBridge qualifications as per DODI 1322.29
Ability to contribute to the development of technical documentation
Knowledge of full software lifecycle and agile development methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate in a team environment.
Highly motivated, self-learner, team player, and technically inquisitive
Able to obtain IAT Level II certification per DoD 8570.01 such as CASP+ or Security+ within 60 days of start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institution
Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
Knowledge of Cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); certification is a plus
Proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Design and Programming
Experience with Open Container Initiative (OCI) containerized application development (e.g. Docker, Podman)
Familiarity with container orchestration tools and techniques (e.g. Kubernetes, helm, flux)
Knowledge of the Atlassian toolset (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
Experience leveraging Git for code management
