You Have:
5+ years of experience with Systems Engineering and Integration and MBSE
5+ years of experience using digital engineering tools to design DoD systems
Experience in architecting solutions from user requirements and use cases to be applied across a systems engineering lifecycle
Experience with modeling tools, including Magic Draw or Cameo, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or IBM Rhapsody
Experience with the practical application of Unified Modeling Language (UML) or Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
Ability to conduct model-based performance simulations to determine the impact of requirements changes on system performance and behaviors
Ability to use MBSE tools and processes to create and manage tailored MBSE artifacts that capture analysis and the resulting engineering decisions and trades made during acquisition and development
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government clients, to increase the use of MBSE for client acquisition programs

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). You Have:
* 2+ years of experience in Department of Defense simulation and training environments
* Experience with standards such as High-Level Architecture (HLA), Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS), and Open Mission Systems (OMS)
* Experience with LAN or WAN infrastructure, remote connectivity solutions, and network hardware, including routers, bridges, and firewalls
* Secret clearance
* Associate's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
* IAT Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:
* Experience with cloud technology, software virtualization and containerization, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, and Digital Engineering (DE)
* Knowledge of systems engineering and standards processes based on the Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge (SEBoK)
* Possession of excellent communication and public speaking skills
* Top Secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or CS field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
