Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience at comparable/casual upscale restaurants or scratch kitchens
Demonstrated experience developing a team of "A" players at restaurants run by this individual - sous chefs, cooks
Highly proficient with cooking appliances and an advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
Strong financial acumen to understand financial implications - P&L, COGs, labor, operational excellence
Ability to build par levels for ordering practices and manage inventory levels effectively with a high attention to ingredient quality
State required food safety certifications
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead.
