Mr. Lissalde has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since August 2018. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from January 2018 to July 2018. From May 2013 to December 2017, he was Vice President of the Company and President and General Manager of BorgWarner Turbo Systems LLC.

Mr. Lissalde’s experience includes the integration of purchased companies, and the closing, opening, and restructuring of plants around the world. He formerly served as a board member of CLEPA (European Automotive Suppliers’ Association), based in Brussels, Belgium.

Prior to joining BorgWarner, Mr. Lissalde held positions at Valeo and ZF in the areas of program management, engineering, operations, and sales in the United Kingdom, Japan, and France.

Mr. Lissalde holds a Masters of Engineering degree from ENSAM - Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts et Metiers - Paris, and an MBA from HEC Paris. He is also a graduate of executive courses at INSEAD - Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires, Harvard, and MIT.

Kevin was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on April 1, 2019. In this role, he is responsible for investor relations, treasury, tax, internal audit, information technology, and financial reporting. He is also a member of the corporate strategy board.

Prior to joining BorgWarner, Kevin held leadership positions in finance at Meritor, Inc., most recently as their Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and President of the Trailer and Components businesses. Prior to his career at Meritor, Nowlan worked for GMAC and the General Motors’ Treasurer’s Office for 12 years in a variety of roles.

Nowlan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, political science and history, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.

Felecia Pryor is an Exec VP/Chief Human Resources Ofcr at BORGWARNER INC and Dir:Global Human Resources at Ford Motor Co. She has worked as Dir: HR Research & Engineer at Ford Motor Co, VP:Human Resources at Ford Motor Co, and VP:Human Resources at Borgwarner Ithaca LLC. Felecia works or has worked as MEMBER at State Bar Of Michigan. She studied at VALDOSTA STATE UNIVERSITY, Florida Atlantic University, and Cooley Law School.
