Interface with the production monitoring system.
Assist in color changes / mold changes by cleaning work area or equipment. Set up for next job (i.e., sample board, OIS, packaging).
Assist with breaks for other operators.
Other tasks as directed by supervisor.

Power Drive - Dyno Test Stand Operator Job Overview: Test Stand Operator - The individual will be attaching all necessary tooling needed on a transmission to make it capable of running on the test stand. They will be using a hoist to lift and move transmissions on and off the test stand. When attached to the test stand pressure hoses will be need plugged in and oil added to the transmission. While the unit is on the stand the operator will be checking for abnormal noise, vibration, leaks, and they will be prompted by the computer to perform shifts and other steps. They will verify the unit passes all steps being checked by the computer. Units that pass will be warm and the individual will then remove all tooling from transmission and plug openings with plastic plugs and metal plugs that will be torqued using a torque wrench. Finally, the individual will use cleaner and compressed air to clean all oil off unit.

Manufacturing Associate
DEPARTMENT: As required
ACCOUNTABILITY: Supervisor
Perform skilled work in relation to the manufacturing process
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate or tend production machinery.
Move and/or control the movement of materials, supplies and finished goods to designated locations within the facility.
Inspection of parts as required.
Maintain appropriate records
Empowered to initiate corrective actions when problems, which impact the quality of the product and/or the quality of the system, are identified.
Any and all job duties and “other duties” as specified by the Supervisor. This includes but is not limited to: cleaning, reassignment to another area/department, etc.
SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Working knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical materials. The ability to use & understand production gages. The ability to perform calculations with whole numbers quickly and accurately without a calculator. The ability to sort objects into sets or categories on the basis of color, size, shape, quality, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical demands required: Frequent reaching, handling, lifting of up to 50lbs.
Environmental conditions: Exposure to noise, atmospheric conditions, and moving mechanical parts of equipment, tools or machinery.
