Job purpose
The position is part of the CAO - Shared Services PTC Facility Management Team. The Facility Management Intern works to support the daily operational, maintenance and support needs of the PTC Facility Management Department to help ensure timely operations of accepting deliveries and assisting with department needs.
Key responsibilities
* Key member in day-to-day monitoring of the HVAC-BAS systems for the PTC facility.
* Understand and utilize energy management systems to reduce energy use.
* Daily rounds and documentation of key building systems.
* Preventative Maintenance work of all building systems.
* Responsible to implement and support all safe work practices needed to perform daily duties.
* Repairs of office furniture systems.
* 5 S Implementation and best practices.

Job Purpose
This position will be responsible for preparing or reviewing Non-US aspects of BorgWarner's quarterly and annual global tax provision and focusing on enhancing the global tax provision process through automation, simplification and training. This position will report to the International Tax Lead.
In addition, this position will be responsible for quarterly APB23 deferred tax liability calculations, managing BorgWarner's global cash tax payments and helping to resolve issues in Non-US audit situations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for key elements of BorgWarner's quarterly and year-end Non-US income tax provision in compliance with ASC740, which includes:
Non-US aspects of BorgWarner's quarterly FIN18, soft-close, and year-end close procedures and the preparation of quarterly and annual review analytics.
Timely provision of documents to financial auditor and efficient management of quarterly and annual audit procedures related to Non-US tax matters.
Review, assessment, and maintenance of Non-US uncertain tax positions.
Preparing and/or reviewing required journal entries and completion of all required account reconciliations.
Non-US tax input into BorgWarner's Form 10Q and Form 10K and supporting documentation.
Review and assessment of BorgWarner's quarterly and annual APB23 deferred tax liability calculations and positions.
Review and assessment of BorgWarner's valuation allowance positions and supporting documentation.
Analysis and interpretation of new Non-US tax legislation and regulations, reporting requirements, and court and regulatory agency decisions and similar events to identify potential impacts to BorgWarner.
Management of third-party service providers who have been engaged to prepare the quarterly and annual Non-US tax provision in various non-US countries, ensuring a productive and efficient relationship with reporting units such that they provide all required information on a timely basis.
Support Non-US income tax audits, including the gathering of all required information, the preparation of tax authority responses, development of arguments to support positions taken during audits, and the efficient resolution of issues.
Leads a team of 2-3 that helps support Non-US tax efforts.
Establishes roles and responsibilities for team that are aligned to the broader tax team.
Responsible for training, development, assessment, and mentoring of team.
Responsible for hiring team members and management of staff related issues.

As a Site Security Leader, you will be responsible for leading security and fire protection activities at your assigned worksite including implementation of Global Security policies and standards, oversight of contract security services and quality assurance. As part of your role, you will conduct onsite risk assessments, advise site leadership and Global Security on security and fire protection issues, and implement risk mitigation measures in a timely basis. Job Purpose
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data & Analytics to lead the development and governance of data assets supporting operations, purchasing, and finance functions across the enterprise. This role will oversee a team of analytics engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver trusted, reusable, and scalable data products using Microsoft Fabric and dbt.
You will be responsible for shaping the data architecture and transformation pipelines that support enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making, with a strong emphasis on operational metrics, procurement data, and financial data domains (e.g., spend, supplier performance, cost centers, budgets).
Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Role: Connectivity Software Engineer SRE is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, scalability, and performance of software systems. This includes both software deployed to customers in the field and software still in development. We are seeking an experienced **Staff Systems Engineer** to lead systems engineering efforts for our embedded AV/ADAS platform. You will be responsible for defining and managing system-level requirements and architectures, optimizing resource allocation across computational and networking subsystems, and working closely with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of vehicle platform components. This role is highly collaborative, strategic, and technical, influencing platform roadmaps and long-term technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the end-to-end systems engineering for embedded autonomous vehicle (AV) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) platforms.
+ Define, document, and manage system-level requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with product and safety goals.

Work Arrangement This role is categorized as onsite. The successful candidate is expected to report to their assigned GM worksite, five days per week and to respond to the site in the event of an emergency after hours, on weekend or holidays. The Role As a Site Security Leader, you will be responsible for leading security and fire protection activities at your assigned worksite including implementation of Global Security policies and standards, oversight of contract security services and quality assurance. * Provide strategic direction and oversight to contracted site security leader and team.
