Job purpose
The BorgWarner Arden campus offers two world class technical centers and a cutting-edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan drive components for the automotive industry. This position will assemble new and/or replacement parts by operating intermediate machines and equipment to assemble complete units or complex subassemblies from blueprints.
Key responsibilities
* Set up assembly equipment by adjusting tools and controls, etc. according to procedures and standards.
* Qualify run for first piece approval.
* Load/unload machines using proper handling equipment.
* Operate equipment to highest production and quality standards.
* Make necessary adjustments and replace tools or parts as required.
* Use hand tools and gages appropriate to the work performed.
* Maintain all fluid levels of equipment and report malfunctions and safety issues to supervisor or maintenance as soon as possible.
* Transport material as required using proper handling methods.
* Keep work area in orderly condition with respect to proper materials, tools, equipment, and personal belongings. (Includes cleaning of equipment, floors, tables, etc.)
* Maintain quality standards by following proper inspection procedures.
* Understand and adhere to current health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Understand and adhere to current quality and control policies.
* Perform other duties as needed.

SUMMARY: The Molding Machine Operator's primary responsibility is to make sure the parts being produced to meet customers' requirements (See QC Standard). However, there may be times when the Molding Machine Operator will be required to perform other duties as requested through Management or his/her Supervisor. Reports functionally to his/her Molding Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make sure parts fall from mold/cycle the gate.
• Do secondary operations to meet customer requirements. (See QC Standard)
• Follow operator instruction sheet.
• Bar code parts.
• Pack parts (See packaging instruction).
• Think safety first.
• If non- conforming parts occur, contact supervisor immediately.
• Sign Operator Instruction Verification Sign-Off Sheet.
• To make sure that production requirements are made on a shift basis.
• General housekeeping and organization of workstation.
• Scrap recording and plotting.
• Responsible to maintain production boards on an hourly basis.
• Responsibilities include all listed above, but are not limited only to those listed above.
• Complete any and all tasks or assignments as requested by Management or Supervisor
• Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
Follows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures.
Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.

Job Description A machine job shop has immediate openings available for CNC SET UP PERSON, MACHINE OPERATORS, Tool Makers, Press Set up, Machinist, Programmers, Shop Floor Planners, Set-up, and Operators in our CNC and Manual departments for 1st ,2nd, and 3rd shifts. We seek experienced individuals to setup and operate the following CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, WaterJet, Laser, Swiss Screw Machines and Wire EDM equipment. Programming and manufacturing experience REQ D (WE WILL NOT TRAIN YOU, ONLY PERSONS WITH EXPERIENCE PLEASE APPLY) Candidates must work independently and have 3 + years experience. We use late model equipment from Mori Seiki, Fadal, Star, Flow, Amada and Mitsubishi.
Our facility is ISO 9001:2000/ AS 9100, The shop is temperature controlled (winter and summer). Requirements:
Metal working experience
Auto CAD/CAM experience is a must for programmers.
The ability to operate a CNC machining center for operator employment.
The ability to fix minor machine hardware and software problems for set up persons if required.
The ability to foresee problems before they occur and correct them at the programming phase.
The ability to think out of the box, while being able to take direct instruction.
The know-how to read, examine, and understand blueprints.
The ability to draft and correct if and when needed for programmers
Work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
The ability to occasionally direct people.
