Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Programs Co-op to join our HR team. This co-op offers hands-on experience in campus recruiting and talent acquisition operations, giving you the opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting a fast-paced and collaborative recruiting team.
Timeframe - Spring Co-op- Must be available January 12- June 26, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
* Assist with the planning and execution of university and early-career recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, campus presentations, etc.).
* Coordinate communication with career centers, student organizations, and academic partners.
* Manage candidate pipelines for campus roles-scheduling interviews, tracking applications, and maintaining candidate data in the ATS.
* Support the on-site experience for early talent hires, including coordinating engagement activities and event logistics to ensure a positive and seamless internship experience.
Talent Acquisition Operations
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
* Support process improvements related to recruiting workflows, scheduling tools, and candidate experience.
* Help with onboarding preparation, coordination, and orientation for new hires and interns.
* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient hiring operations.
* Assist Director of TA and TA Managers with active projects related to systems and processes, including documentation, SOP's, and updating the Bose SharePoint site, etc.
* Support candidate scheduling and on-site interviews
* Collaborate and drive employer branding initiatives, including social media content, digital campaigns, and event materials.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to maintaining data integrity-ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across candidate and recruiting information systems.
* Experience in a customer or client facing role, especially within a technology product matrixed organization.
* System and technology savvy; has employed AI to improve efficiency.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint); Experience with Smartsheets and Workday is a plus.

Ensures the quality and high standards of performance and compliance in both design and construction by all mentee vendors.
Makes decisions and takes action in a timely manner to expedite the timely completion of the construction process.
Tracks mistakes and errors in construction as early in the construction process as possible.
Makes decisions on phasing and scheduling of projects. Prepares and/or ensures preparation of schedules for construction.
Monitors schedules and takes appropriate actions to ensure that project is completed on schedule and within approved cost limitations.
Provides ongoing interface with mentee contractors, local personnel and the client on project issues.
Participates in the development and issuance of project procedures and policies; reviews and makes recommendations on procedures and policies.
Resolves issues and problems raised in field reports made by inspectors and construction management staff.
Works with architect/engineer of record regarding change orders, interpretation of contract documents, shop drawing submittals/approvals and other technical matters as required to ensure a structurally sound, code compliant and aesthetic facility.
Issues field memoranda or directives to mentee contractors to enforce contract compliance.
Uses independent judgement to make on-site decisions and has the authority to negotiate with mentee contractors.
Reviews mentee contractors' claims or disputed work and advises senior management as to appropriate action.
Compiles contract and project documentation necessary for adjudicating or denying such claims.
Visits various job sites as required in the performance of the above duties.
What you'll bring to our firm:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, architecture or construction related field; and
15+ years of experience in Construction Management in New York City with a focus on MENTOR programs
Shall have oral and written communication that is clear and concise.
Understanding of contract documents such as specifications and drawings.
The ability to address issues as they arise and solve problems.
Must be organized and able to manage logistics of multiple projects concurrently.
Shall have experience in new, rehab and modernization construction projects.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
