I am a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in Washington, D.C. I also serve as BCG's Chief Marketing Officer, the Global Chair of the Client Team, and am part of BCG's Executive and Operating Committees. Additionally, I’m the head of BCG FED, which is the entity that runs the U.S. Federal Government business, and before that I ran our Consumer business globally.Since joining BCG in 1993, I have led a variety of transformation efforts at the world's largest private and public sector organizations. I have had the honor of being recognized as one of the "Top 25 Most Influential Consultants" by Consulting magazine for driving fundamental transformation for my clients and pioneering new approaches at BCG. I also have received a special award for client service honoring women leaders in consulting. Prior to joining BCG, I worked for Goldman Sachs in mergers and acquisitions.Outside of BCG, I enjoying giving back as a member of BCG's Centre for Public Impact Board of Director, The Duke University Trinity Board of Visitors (TBOV), and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Janmesh Srivastava is based in Seattle. He is a core member of BCG Gamma and affiliated to the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice. He also leads development and delivery for BCG's Pricing Catalyst SaaS solution and founder member of BCG’s Marketing Catalyst SaaS solution.His primary areas of interest:- Large scale B2B and B2C pricing program, helping organizations to deploy sustainable market-leading pricing capabilities- Deployment of Large scale Marketing Efficiency and Spend Optimisation programs- Digital transformation including cloud transformation- Digital product innovation- Building core analytical products (Strategy, People, Technology, Design, Build, Launch) and running deployment programs at global scale.
