High Voltage Maintenance is currently seeking an experienced Operations individual with some Sales background to manage our Boston territory. This Service Center Manager will provide business, managerial, and technical direction to our technicians and customers while developing and growing the service center. HVM is an electrical engineering and testing company providing comprehensive testing, maintenance, and engineering services to a variety of industries including utilities, data centers, renewable energy, commercial and industrial industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the sales, profit, and quality of the area operation.
Make regular sales calls on existing major accounts and establish contact with new accounts.
Provide proposals or service contracts for HVM's services and repair work.
Review and sign contracts consistent with Limits of Authority.
Work with the Region Director, Regional Sales Manager and Marketing Services to promote new business.
Develop Area Profit Plan using local committee and periodically review plan to ensure that Service Center work is on track.
Hold periodic regular management committee meetings to promote effective communication and review business progress.
Work with staff to develop weekly invoicing and monthly Status Reports.
Review and audit field jobs.
Responsible for the general supervision, safety and technical training of Field Engineers and Technicians.
Coordinate technical training for field personnel and assist with career development.
Review and recommend field technical procedures and procedure changes.
Develop and review proposals, and review reports of field engineers.
Coordinate and schedule work for our technicians with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum five years same or similar work experience in the Industrial Service Industry.
Requires a high degree of communication, supervisory, organizational, and good management skills.
Communicate effectively, writing and verbally, with clients, peers, subordinates, and management.
Strong computer skills including editing, formatting, and using templates in Microsoft Word, use of Internet for standards/products/manufacturer research and operation of computer-controlled test equipment.
Willing to do some overnight travel to cover field region and attend company meetings.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear. Required to sit and work at computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Four-year degree or graduate of Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent, BSEE/BSEET preferred.

The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) seeks a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support the activities of the New England Prison Education Collaborative (NEPEC). NEPEC is a five-year regional initiative led by NEBHE and funded by a grant from Ascendium Education Group. Stakeholder Engagement

This will include engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including, but not limited to, state agency employees, corrections commissioners, prison education administrators, state legislators, and people with lived experience of incarceration.
Plan and coordinate complex, large-scale, multistate projects and technical assistance efforts supporting prison education programs (PEP), often requiring complex political judgments, a high degree of responsiveness to constituents, and a mature sense of organization priorities and concerns.
Oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of related meetings and stakeholder convenings including webinars, conferences, state house briefings, and other events. Support the Director in the facilitation of NEPEC Regional Advisory Council meetings. These activities could include development of invitations, promotional materials managing logistics, as well as executing on follow-up items.
Field outreach requests and conduct virtual exploratory calls, directing stakeholders to the relevant NEPEC team member(s) for further conversation as needed.
Represent NEBHE and NEPEC at relevant events throughout New England and nationally. Occasional overnight travel within and beyond New England is required.
Project Support
Contribute to the completion of grant reporting requirements, including grant narratives required for mid-term and final reports to funder(s).
Support the development of resources, such as agendas, briefs, and presentations, for use in key stakeholder engagements, including state strategic planning meetings.
In collaboration with the NEBHE Director of Communications and Marketing and the NEPEC team, support the development of a regular communications strategy to the networks of varied collaborators and stakeholders to support system-level change, effective collaboration, engagement and awareness of NEPEC-related information and activities.

Provide seamless administrative support: Maintain executives' calendars and coordinate all aspects of appointments, meetings, receptions, events and video/conference calls; maintain frequently-changing calendars with accuracy and precision
Independently and efficiently coordinate complex meetings involving senior level internal and external participants including clients, regulators and vendor partners
Exercise discretion in committing the executives' time and evaluating needs
Arrange complex travel
Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports
Serve as a liaison between the executives, their teams and executive partners.
Keep the executives advised of time-sensitive and priority issues
Exercise professionalism, discretion and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential financial, legal and company information
Ideal Candidate Will Have
3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
A collaborative, energetic, and service-oriented mindset
Bachelor's Degree (required)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

$85K - $100K salary based on experience
