Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the NCR Aloha POS systems.

Shift Leader responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen shift operations.
Effectively organize Team Member positions, and breaks.
Extend genuine hospitality to our guests
Ensure that the highest standards of food safety and quality are met.
Demonstrate excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
Set clear expectations and enforce effective accountability.
Train/Coach team members to meet and exceed expectations.
Uphold all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
Work closely with Directors to set and achieve business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
MUST have prior Food Service leadership experience and knowledge
Strong leaderships skills
Consistency and reliability
Cheerful and positive attitude
Loves serving and helping others
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to multi-task
Works well independently and in a team environment
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
