+ Perform patching and maintenance as needed using SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune to remediate system vulnerabilities, reduce risk, and to ensure standards.

+ Support the use of audio-visual equipment in conference rooms.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Manage the property/portfolio to enhance long-term value. Manage and provide day-to-day direction and supervision related to general operations and maintenance, life safety and security, loss prevention, client relations, landscaping, client construction and parking facilities.
Essential Functions:
Operations
Develop the annual operating and CapEx budgets and implement the business plan, ensuring net operating income (NOI) goals are met, at the property level including formulating and submitting quarterly accruals, budget reforecasts, providing explanations for variances and any required financial reporting.
Manage and oversee CapEx projects in assigned properties as required.
Solicit, negotiate and administer service contracts as required.
Review and authorize purchase orders and payments to vendors in accordance with company policy.
Client Relations

Oversee timely execution of the BP Loss Control Program and Emergency Response Planning. Ensure employees are trained, drilled and materials are updated periodically.
Investigate and report all accidents/property damage to appropriate management and authorities.
Manage property level sustainability program including: energy management, recycling, and conservation efforts.
Assist BP Leasing Group as required including conducting leasing tours.
Monitor the status of vendor's insurance certificate requirements.
Maintain a working knowledge of Company databases and informational/reporting tools.
Attend and participate in BOMA and industry related meetings and events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required. A concentration in business administration or real estate related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of property management experience required. Prior Class A commercial office property management experience and familiarity with operating a multi-client office building strongly desired.
Certification as Real Property Administrator (RPA ) and/or Certified Property Manager (CPM ) preferred.
Continuing education toward LEED certification highly desirable.
Working knowledge of local building and fire codes.

Primary Responsibilities:
We are looking for a senior technical, hands-on specialist to handle the coordination of testing and release process for the Fixed Income pricing and risk modelling libraries and reference data. This is a challenging and high-profile role which spans the end-to-end software development cycle (SDLC) - including managing source code branches, preparing and delivering release candidate builds into testing, and working with QA, IT, trading desk strategists, and production support teams through the test cycle to sign-off, integration into consumer applications, and release. Located in New York, this role is a critical point of contact for desk strategists, technology and QA colleagues in that timezone, maintains continuity of SDLC activities in Follow the Sun model in a global release management team with colleagues in India and London.
The successful candidate will also help with improving our automated build, release, integration and testing infrastructure covering the entire SDLC across several million lines of C++, Java, and Scala source code. This will include configuration of Jenkins jobs, source code management tooling, and supporting trading desk strategists' use of development environment.
Most of the Fixed Income portfolio is valued and risked using these pricing and risk modelling libraries, which are used by many varied applications throughout the firm and have multiple inter-dependencies. This requires that we build the libraries in a consistent manner on multiple different platforms, and integrate them into the varied application landscape, which is itself constantly changing. Our ability to patch, test and release new functionality within hours if not minutes can be critical to our success as a business, and the successful candidate will be critical to helping us achieve this.
Qualifications

* extensive experience as hands-on release manager, testing, or application support specialist, preferably in financial services

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Risk group is responsible for overseeing the risk and control framework within the Wealth Management business unit. The group teams with WM and Bank business units as well as the Firm Risk Management group to implement control processes and procedures and protect the firm from exposure to various risks including operational, credit, investment, trading, reputational and model risk. The position will reside within WM Model Risk. The Model Control team oversees the model inventory for all WM models as well as Bank models that impact Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (“MSPBNA”), Morgan Stanley Bank National Association (“MSBNA”) (collectively, the “Banks”). In addition, the team is responsible for the governance and inventory of the division's non-model Tools. Tools are quantitative methods and calculations that (1) are separate and distinct from models in that their outcomes are generated by deterministic rules or algorithms, and (2) can cause financial, regulatory, or reputational harm to the Firm as a result of undetected errors given their use for Financial or Regulatory Reporting, Capital Planning, Limit Management, Client Reporting, Pricing or any other critical business function. These tools might be implemented in End User Computing software (EUCs) or in broader firm platforms.
The applicant should be interested in risk and controls, as well as process oversight and management. Work history should demonstrate strong attention to details, execution and project management skills, and the ability to influence and coordinate within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with business partners to add to the inventory of the division's non-model Tools, both EUC and System based.
Manage inventory of Tools through the Firm Tool database (Cluster Seven IMS).
Lead training and create training materials for business partners
Represent the team and prepare presentation materials for Tool related committees and senior management
Present project status to Senior Management and Model Risk Committees
Maintain various reporting dashboards as needed
Qualifications
Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to swiftly transition between projects and tasks
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and have accountability/ownership of projects
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
