    Assist with Engineering and Operations activities for assets within the Boston Region portfolio. Essential Functions: Data Analysis and Reporting * Assist in collecting and analyzing building performance data (energy consumption, HVAC performance, water usage, etc.). * Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to track key performance indicators (KPIs). * Generate reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to engineering and management teams. * Assist in benchmarking building performance against industry standards and best practices. * Analyze data related to preventative maintenance schedules. Work Order Management and Integration * Assist in the management of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data. * Support the processing and tracking of work orders, ensuring timely completion. * Assist in the integration of CMMS with building automation systems (BAS). * Help to analyze work order data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Assist in the auditing of work orders, to ensure proper completion, and data entry.
