Michael F. Mahoney is a Director on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Boston. He is the Chairman and CEO of Boston Scientific.

Daniel Brennan is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Boston Scientific Corporation and a member of its Executive Committee. In this role, he is responsible for several Company functions, including Global Controllership, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Corporate Tax, Corporate Analysis and Control, and Corporate New Business Development. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. In this role, Brennan was responsible for the Global Controllership organization, including the Company’s accounting and financial planning processes. Brennan joined Boston Scientific in 1996 and has served in a number of financial roles of increasing responsibility, including Assistant Corporate Controller; Vice President-Worldwide Financial & Strategic Planning; Vice President-Investor Relations, Vice President-International Finance and Vice President-Finance & Information Technology for the company’s Cardiovascular Division. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Brennan held several finance positions at Millipore Corporation and Standex Corporation. Brennan is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his B.S. in Finance and Investments and his M.B.A. from Babson College.

Professor Ian Meredith (born November 8, 1956) is an Australian Cardiologist best known for his studies in the field of Interventional Cardiology and Clinical Cardiology. He is currently the Global Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President at Boston Scientific. He was previously a Professor of Cardiology for Monash University, the Director of MonashHeart and Monash Health in Melbourne, Australia, and an Executive Director of the Monash Cardiovascular Research Centre, Monash Health. In 2012 he was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia for his work as a clinician and a researcher in cardiology as well as his contributions as an advocate and advisor to the public health organisations.

Jodi Euerle Eddy is our senior vice president and chief information and digital officer, a position she has held since July 2020. In her current role, Ms. Eddy is responsible for positioning the Company for success across multi-disciplinary information technology (IT) needs and overseeing the Company’s strategy for digital health, data analytics, digital solutions, and cyber security capabilities. Ms. Eddy leads an IT organization of employees and contractors worldwide focused on continued advancement into complex, integrated IT solutions to address evolving customer and patient data needs. She served as senior vice president and chief information officer from December 2015 to July 2020. Ms. Eddy joined the Company in December of 2013 as our vice president, Information Systems. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Ms. Eddy progressed through several roles of increasing leadership of information systems positions over 18 years at General Electric, including serving as the commercial chief information officer for the Oil and Gas business from October 2012 until December 2013; chief commercial information officer for the Measurement and Control business from October 2011 until February 2012; and chief information officer for the Engineered Systems business from October 2008 until February 2011. Ms. Eddy earned a B.S. in computer science from Southern Connecticut State University. She holds certifications in Master Black Belt Six Sigma, CISSP and CISCO CCNA.
