About the role:
The Sector Business Strategist (SBS) is a critical partner to the VP of Sales, responsible for driving sector execution, operational clarity, and strategic alignment. Blending analytical insight with business acumen, this role enables the sector to respond quickly to market dynamics, close performance gaps, and execute with focus. The SBS acts as a strategic proxy for the VP, surfacing insights, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring high-impact follow-through across the field.

Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic sector support
● Act as a proxy for the VP of Sales in driving execution and accountability across the sector.
● Respond to ad hoc strategic requests from Area Vice Presidents (AVPs) and Regional Directors (RDs), including direct outreach to understand market dynamics.
● Drive sector insights by analyzing performance data and translating findings into clear, actionable strategies.
● Investigate root causes of performance gaps and collaborate with sector teams to implement solutions.
● Maintain visibility into the Top 10 accounts nationally, providing analysis on performance drivers and strategic opportunities.

Quarter-end execution
● Provide hands-on support during quarter-end close, both at the sector and national level.
● Lead and document process improvement efforts to streamline quarter-end operations for future cycles.
● Track and follow up on training enrollments, readiness issues, and execution blockers.

About the role:
Magellan is the largest global business transformation initiative in Boston Scientific's history. At its core is the transition from ECC to S/4 HANA, designed to simplify, standardize, and modernize our core business processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop a deep understanding of the Magellan Program and its regional implications across multiple functions, including customer to cash, source to pay, finance, quality, planning, manufacturing, and data
Serve as the primary Magellan contact within the region, representing the voice of the business and ensuring the region is well-represented in global planning and execution
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including regional leadership, functional SMEs, and divisional contacts
Partner with Regional Leads in other regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) to align program delivery globally

**Main Purpose of Role**
We are seeking an experienced Operations/Production Group Lead. This position ensures the effective use of material, equipment, and personnel in producing quality production. Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and meeting build schedules.

+ Assists in coordinating production activity in assigned work areas, ensuring that product is continuously processed in accordance with build schedules
+ Coordinates communication of work instructions to personnel in designated areas in accordance with supervisory objectives

Maintain accurate written and calibration records with the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) database.

Writes calibration procedures, prepares documentation, inputs data, and generates reports.

Required Qualifications:

* Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science
* Must be able to start internship on May 18th or 26th, 2026 and work for 12 weeks
* Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
* Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (Python, Java, C#, R).

The Senior Technician Production (SMS final integrator/module assembler) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the daily production needs which include following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material and the execution of work orders to on-time completion. We operate using Daily Management principles, providing immediate guidance and feedback to our associates, and focusing on daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives. This position reports to the Manager of Production Operations and is part of the SMS assembly Team l ocated in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards; Understand workflow and daily production goals.
+ Able to execute complex assembly tasks and module level testing following standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
+ Troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating as necessary or working directly with Technicians, Engineering and Quality to fix assembly related issues on the manufacturing line.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ High school degree (or equivalent).
+ And must have 5+ years of experience.
+ Train to and follow SOPs, engineering drawings, work orders, and other specifications while maintaining FDA requirements.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel 75% to Miami, FL facility for on-going training and support in first year of employment. Timeline is subject to change based on business needs.
