About the role:
The Therapy Development Specialist is a clinically oriented entrepreneurial ambassador for a proven hybrid procedure to treat carotid artery disease: TCAR (Transcarotid Artery revascularization). As part of the commercial field team this role will execute therapy adoption initiatives for TCAR. This individual is a trusted clinical partner and TCAR specialist to drive safe adoption, superior outcomes and achieve sales revenue of the ENROUTE Transcarotid Neuroprotection System, ENROUTE Transcarotid Stent System and related products. The Therapy Development Specialist practices excellent clinical/case acumen and relationship management with physician and healthcare professional customers and serves as a clinical role model across the TDS team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide technical and clinical support for ENROUTE Transcarotid Neuroprotection System and ENROUTE Transcarotid Stent System procedures, ensuring procedural success and superior outcomes.
Educate procedure teams on patient selection and indications for TCAR procedures
Assist in scheduling cases and offer prompt customer support, resolving complaints effectively.
Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management. Assist with scheduling of cases and proper customer support.
Participate in physician training, product development programs, and maintain high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge. Understands current published TCAR and relevant literature. Recognize and understand competitive products, industry trends, and the Boston Scientific portfolio.
Manage inventory, submit accurate expense reports, and report device complaints to the quality assurance department.
Maintain communication with Boston Scientific sales and leadership, providing market intelligence and potential sales leads.
Maintains a high level of communication with appropriate Boston Scientific sales and leadership within assigned geography.
Plan and implement effective clinical/product presentations to customers.
Required qualifications:

**The Opportunity**
Our Abbott Diagnostic's Division is looking for a **T** **echnical Application Specialist** in our **US West Coast** territory. **What You'll Work On**

+ Conduct comprehensive customer entrance interview to understand the customer's needs; and manage their expectations within the defined service offerings.
+ Plan the onsite integration process. Work with implementation project managers as technical lead to execute project plan across customer systems. Work with the customer to take ownership of the instrument.
+ Assist customers with meeting their regulatory and validation requirements. Provide appropriate training for the customer on the newly installed instrument. + Lead critical account management situations as part of combined sales/service/support effort.

The Capital Sales Consultant, VELYS is a key member of the digital surgery business within their assigned territory. This person will focus on clinically selling technology including robotics, hip navigation, and surgical automation. Your Role at Baxter
The Financial Analyst Intern position provides aspiring, financially oriented business students a range of outstanding experiences in corporate accounting and finance. In this role, whether you are tracking critical performance metrics, collaborating cross-functionally with other teams, or forecasting the future landscape of the business, our leaders will use your work to drive the strategic decisions of the company. While you'll be expected to have a keen attention to detail in month-end reporting and ad-hoc modeling, you'll also be challenged to think creatively to improve processes and handle big picture projects. Additionally, you'll receive structured training and guided mentorship from appointed teammates.
What You'll Be Doing:
Analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results and business drivers; preparation of critical financial reporting
Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Enablement of internal decision-making and investment prioritization via financial models and analytics
Responsible for reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, preparation of month-end close journal entries, and review of account trending
Contribution to ad hoc projects and specialized team functions

Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. The Regional Inventory Sales Specialist (RISS) plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and organized inventory management within a defined geography. Your Responsibilities Include:

* Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and quarterly inventory reports and reconciliations.
* Support Territory Managers (TM) with product complaints.
* Secure, package, and ship returned goods from hospitals to Boston Scientific.
* Communicate all transactions clearly with Area Territory Manager (ATM), Territory Manager (TM), and Regional Director (RD).
* Complete a minimum of three hospital visits per day, four days per week (within driving distance), and dedicate one day per week to home-office reconciliation tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Sciences (or equivalent experience).
* Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

As the Area Business Specialist (ABS), you will:
+ Ensure appropriate identified new and existing patients have access to pharmaceutical products which minimize pre and post needle attrition.

+ Mentor doctors and staff on how to develop and implement an In-Office Infusion program including overall operations management, scheduling, staffing, pre-authorization, reimbursement, capacity management, inventory management, and infusion management/efficiencies.
+ Train appropriate clinical staff re: technical aspects of infusing the pharmaceutical product(s) including reconstitution, admixture, administration, monitoring, and adverse event management and reporting.
+ Serve as a resource to territory's accounts and JJIM staff regarding local, regional and national payer policies; reimbursement regulations and processes (i.e., eligibility and benefit verification, pre-authorization, billing, coding, claims, and appeals/grievances); practice management; Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations; OSHA; HIPAA; and state-specific clinical staff licensing / certification requirements for product compounding, admixture, administration and monitoring.
