About the role:
The Senior Medical Education Specialist, Electrophysiology is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and oversight of medical education programs that support the safe and effective use of Boston Scientific technologies and enhance patient care. This role focuses on the Electrophysiology portfolio within the United States, with occasional support for global or cross-border faculty engagements.
Work Mode:
This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Waltham, MA or Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Engage physician and allied-health professional thought leaders in the Electrophysiology space to develop world-class Medical Education programs in the United States.
* Contribute to the development of HCP blended learning journeys for new and commercialized product technologies in collaboration with cross-functional partners, skills training managers and digital education strategists.
* Identify and implement strategies to address educational needs of customers aligned to Boston Scientific technologies.
* Build relationships with field leadership and representatives to address regional educational needs aligned with commercial strategic priorities.
* Develop and maintain internal & external relationship at all levels to achieve divisional, department, and initiative goals.
* Deliver white-glove customer service and responsiveness for all physician, field and internal stakeholders. Maintain processes and task management habits that ensure flawless execution.
* Develop strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to build a robust pipeline of diverse clinical faculty for various program types and training opportunities.
* Track KPIs to evaluate team output and program impact. Identify areas of improvement and new opportunities to meet organizational goals. Implement solutions and make recommendations to management to improve performance and impact.
* Ensure best in class medical education program quality through direct oversight and post program analysis of evaluation data.
* Oversee and participate in the development, delivery, coordination, review, and assessment of all aspects of medical education curriculum to ensure quality and consistency.
* Ensure physician activities and programs are compliantly conducted in accordance with Boston Scientific policies.
Required qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Prior experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with HCP's to achieve shared objectives.
* Ability to think strategically and develop new training models.
* Willingness to travel up to 30% to support onsite education programs.
Preferred qualifications:
* Familiarity with Boston Scientific SOPs related to HCP (Health Care Professional) contracting and interactions.
* Proven experience in the Cardiology space, working within electrophysiology or related fields.

Summary
Under the supervision of senior colleague/manager (or delegate), the Associate Clinical Site Lead drives study execution and operational excellence across Abbott Cardiovascular therapies (Vascular, Cardiac Rhythm Management, EP, Structural Heart, and Heart Failure). Developing skills and foundation to become a resource in protocol execution, developing product and disease state knowledge, procedure support (as needed), procedure outcomes and early indication of trends, clinical trial enrollment, and ICH-GCP and clinical research application.
Adheres to specified site nomination, qualification, and startup processes. Leads ongoing training/retraining of all site stakeholders to ensure protocol adherence. Continuously reviews, manages, and influences all aspects of site's recruitment and data collection performance (enrollment, discrepancy resolution, compliance, etc.). Proactively utilizes appropriate operational metrics to minimize screen failure, attrition rate, etc. Monitors to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice, and accuracy standards inclusive of site initiation, periodic, and close-out visits.

Main Responsibilities
Under supervision of senior colleague/manager (or delegate):
Develop and support a productive clinical territory:
Identify, develop, and maintain sites capable of delivering start-up goals, study participation levels and required data quality.
Understand and assess investigators' interests and qualifications.
Identify appropriate investigators as defined by study-specific requirements and by the applicable regulatory code.
Maintain open communication and relationships with key site personnel including the Principal Investigator, Research Coordinator, as well as regulatory and legal personnel.
Provide ongoing technical support to customers and field staff.
Facilitate communication between clinical sites and other Abbott clinical staff (e.g., operations management, study team, Site Contracts Associate), as needed.
Manage all aspects of study lifecycle to include site regulatory and quality:
Start Up
Nominate, approach, and complete qualification processes including establishing site/sponsor expectations for study execution.
Facilitate all aspects of the start-up process and site initiation visits
Understand regulatory and legal requirements for study participation at a level that allows for appropriate collaboration with Abbott clinical staff, e.g. Site CRA, Site Contract Associate.
Train facility staff regarding protocol requirements and technology.
Enrollment
Develop site-specific strategies to promote appropriate patient enrollment.
Identify site successes and challenges and assist in implementing techniques that promote study goal achievement.
Continuously evaluate site study performance and provide timely feedback to site.

Regulatory and Quality

About the Role:
At Boston Scientific, the Sr. Field Inventory Analyst will be responsible for delivering activities related to field inventory programs, streamlining existing processes through technology as well as providing reports and analytics to identify business drivers and monitor strategy execution for the field sales force. * Independently determines, develops, and implements solutions to complex inventory improvement opportunities.

* Create and distribute general inventory reporting (i.e. program status, inventory levels, cycle-counting, etc.).
* Execute and document various Field Inventory Management processes as required (SOPs and WIs) and maintain in Windchill.

* Participate as SME in internal Quality audits, meetings, follow up and assigned tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Set and communicate a strategic vision for Therapy Optimization and Imaging teams, aligning global efforts and advancing clinical workflows through innovation and efficiency.
* Lead the development and integration of advanced imaging and AI-enabled software and hardware, simplifying procedural imaging across multiple modalities (CT, fluoroscopy, ICE, TEE, and electro-anatomical mapping).
* Collaborate cross-functionally to guide Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) development and its alignment with capital equipment platforms.
* Oversee the successful development, deployment, and clinical integration of imaging capital equipment solutions.
* Drive product launches for next-generation implants, delivery systems, and workflows in partnership with Sales and Medical Education teams.
* Partner with sales leadership to identify and implement field strategies that enhance patient outcomes and procedural consistency.
* Build and maintain relationships with key physicians globally to understand unmet needs, inform development priorities, and support clinical adoption.
* Identify and lead the development of breakthrough technologies and standardized workflows that address barriers to LAAC program growth.
* Represent the function on the NPD leadership team, contributing to enterprise-level strategic planning, prioritization, and organizational alignment.
* Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, global team of managers and cross-functional contributors to achieve team and business goals.
* Anticipate future capability needs and implement talent strategies that enable organizational readiness for emerging technologies and markets.
* Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, DEKRA, EEO), while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that empowers all employees.
Required qualifications:
* BS degree in Engineering or applicable technical field.
* 12+ years of technical experience in the medical technology industry, with a focus on cardiovascular therapies.
* 5+ years of experience in team or people management
* Extensive experience engaging with physician customers both in the US and abroad, including support of clinical trials, advisory boards, case attendance, and innovation center visits.
* Deep understanding of current and emerging LAAC workflows, imaging modalities, and associated technologies.
* Proven track record of delivering results in global markets and demonstrating a global mindset in strategic decision-making.
* Expert communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
* Experience collaborating with global hardware and software development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
* Strong track record of working globally and cross-functionally across a matrix organization.
Preferred qualifications:
* Advance degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
* Strong preference for someone with experience in transcatheter deliverable devices, preferably in the structural heart space
* Recognized expert in Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) and ablation therapies, with proven experience influencing strategy and implementation at both national and global levels.
* Extensive experience working closely with sales to be effective in the implementation of new strategies and initiatives which will require sales leadership collaboration.
* Knowledge of hospital IT requirements for implementation of capital equipment.
* Experience managing the implementation of products subject to IEC60601 testing.

The Senior Technician Production (A&B flowcell assembler) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the daily production needs which include following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material and the execution of work orders to on-time completion. We operate using Daily Management principles, providing immediate guidance and feedback to our associates, and focusing on daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives. This position reports to the Manager of Production Operations and is part of the A&B Assembly Team l ocated in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards; Understand workflow and daily production goals.
+ Able to execute complex assembly tasks and module level testing following standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.
+ Troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating as necessary or working directly with Technicians, Engineering, and Quality to fix assembly related issues on the manufacturing line.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ High school degree (or equivalent).
+ And must have 5+ years of experience.
