About the role:
Boston Scientific's Associate Territory Manager (ATM) role is designed to prepare candidates for future positions as Territory Managers within the Endoscopy Division. The ATM will work closely with one or two Territory Managers in their region to help convert and grow the business. As the Senior Key Account Manager (KAM), you will lead strategic customer relationships across a defined portfolio, driving long-term growth and delivering value for both the customer and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling IDT's full portfolio of products, including custom oligonucleotide solutions across key application areas such as qPCR, CRISPR, Functional Genomics, Synthetic Biology and Next Generation Sequencing. This role requires consistent customer support and satisfaction delivery while managing and driving customer consultations and partnerships within the assigned territory to achieve profit and revenue growth goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and manage assigned accounts strategically to deliver solutions, drive revenue growth, prospect new accounts, and prepare information for all sales calls to secure new customers.
Research and understand territory growth opportunities for developing an effective business plan and sales strategy; Develop the client relationship by understanding both short-term and long-term needs/goals for optimal positioning of IDT's products and services
Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers and leverage internal resources, when necessary, to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

The essential requirements of the job include:
Master's degree in a Life Science field or bachelor's degree with relevant Life Sciences sales experience
3+ years of prior sales experience required; preferably in life science reagents/consumables; specifically, qPCR, CRISPR, or NGS
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 3 years is required
Resides in the assigned region and extensive familiarity with existing academic, corporate, and/or government accounts is required

As the Senior Manager, National Clinical Sales, you are responsible for setting the strategic direction for our Clinical Sales and Implementation teams across the United States.
