**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in botany, plant ecology, wetlands ecology, riparian ecology, conservation biology, or related science.
+ Minimum of 5 year of related experience.
+ Strong plant identification skills including wetland species.
+ Knowledge and facility with appropriate California botanical references.
+ Must have field botany skills and ability to conduct field work, at times for long hours or under strenuous circumstances.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Strongly detail oriented, resourceful and able to work as part of a team and independently.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
+ Ability to travel to field sites and other Cardno office locations with some overnight travel capacity.
+ Valid Driver's License.
+ Ability to complete field safety requirements and follow Cardno's Zero Harm Safety Program.
