During a 30+ year career, I’ve set strategy and led growth acceleration involving retail and digital transformations, organic expansion, turnarounds and the acquisition and integration of new businesses. On March, 2020, I was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the board of directors of ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ:ACIW), a global leading provider of real-time electronic payment and banking solutions to leading banks, financial institutions and corporations around the world. From 2019 to February 2020, I was an Operating Partner at Advent International, one of the world’s largest private equity funds with $54.3B in assets under management across 41 countries. Prior to it, with a 17 years tenure at the Western Union Corporation (WU), the global leader in cross-border and cross-currency money movement, I advanced through increasingly significant general management roles. In my last position, as President Western Union Global Money Transfer, I led Western Union’s $5B global consumer retail and digital business across 200+ countries and territories. My experience at Western Union includes profitable growth acceleration of the global consumer business, transformational growth in Latin America through organic expansion and successful M&A and short-term turnarounds to restore growth across markets in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa, Mexico and the Caribbean. It also includes leading digital transformation which established Western Union as the global digital leader in cross-border consumer money transfer. I am also a member of the board of directors of Millicom International (NASDAQ:TIGO), a $6B international provider of cable and mobile services to 50M+ consumers in Latin America and Africa. A native of Brazil, I’ve lived and worked in cities in the U.S., Canada and Brazil. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. William R. McDermott (born August 18, 1961) is an American businessman and is currently CEO of ServiceNow. Before ServiceNow, he was the CEO of the technology company SAP SE. During his tenure as co-CEO and CEO, SAP's market value increased from $39 billion to $156 billion. McDermott, along with Joanne Gordon, wrote a memoir, Winners Dream: A Journey from Corner Store to Corner Office, and was awarded a gold medal for business memoir of the year by the Axiom Business Book Awards. McDermott began his role as CEO of ServiceNow in November, 2019.

Mark D. McClain co-founded SailPoint in December 2005 and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and on our board of directors since that time. He has almost 20 years of experience developing and leading innovative technology companies that have operated in the identity management market. In 2000, he founded Waveset Technologies, a pioneer in the identity management market. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems (“Sun”) in 2003, Mr. McClain served as Vice President of Software Marketing for Sun. His career also includes experience in international sales and marketing with HP (NYSE: HPQ) and IBM Tivoli Systems. Mr. McClain holds a B.A. in Economics from Point Loma Nazarene University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Gary Kovacs (born 1963 or 1964) is a San Francisco Bay Area technologist. He was the chief executive officer of AVG Technologies. Kovacs has worked for Mozilla Corporation, Adobe, SAP, and IBM, and led Zi Corporation, a mobile text messaging company.

Andy Scurto currently works as the Chief Executive Officer, Founder and President for ISCS. Andy Scurto is responsible for ISCS's corporate vision and strategic direction. The founder of ISCS, his deep understanding of both insurance and IT has led to SurePower Innovation's incorporation of uniquely rich insurance flexibility and capabilities, over its three-generation development. Josh Rogers is the Chief Executive Officer of Precisely, the global leader in data integrity, with 12,000 customers in more than 100 countries, including 90 of the Fortune 100. As CEO, Josh leads Precisely’s global team of 2,000 employees as they build and deliver software and data products that provide accuracy, consistency, and context to power confident business decisions. During his tenure as CEO, the company’s revenue has doubled annually for four straight years to more than $600m today. Prior to becoming CEO in 2016, Josh was President of Syncsort, the precursor to Precisely, leading global business operations, including sales, marketing, support, and engineering. He was previously VP of Worldwide Sales and VP of Americas Sales for the company. Earlier in his career, Josh held leadership positions at IBM and Endeca technologies, as well as Bank of America Capital Investors. Josh is a graduate of Davidson College, and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
