As President and Chief Executive Officer, Craig leads the Bottomline organization in its mission to transform the way businesses pay and get paid. A strategic global business executive with extensive expertise in fintech, payments and software, Craig has a proven track record of optimizing enterprise, mission critical software and processing organizations for profitability and growth. Through several C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, as well as advisory capacities across startup, private equity, enterprise, and consulting companies worldwide, he is recognized for establishing strategy and vision to drive business growth and transformation. Prior to joining Bottomline, Craig served in executive leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, a global payments software company.

Paul Fannon is the Chief Revenue Officer at Bottomline where he leads global sales, revenue operations, revenue marketing and go-to-market initiatives. Paul is responsible for driving revenue growth and shaping the organization’s sales strategy. Through his leadership, Bottomline helps partners and customers navigate the evolving global landscape of business payments. A 20-year veteran of Bottomline, Paul most recently served as Managing Director of Global Business Solutions where he led strategic business development and operations for Bottomline across global markets in EMEA and APAC. His prior roles included developing the company’s Client 1st customer service program and overseeing delivery of software solutions in EMEA.

Gareth Priest is the Chief Product Officer at Bottomline leading product strategy across the Bottomline portfolio of global solutions. He is responsible for the product vision, innovation, design, development, and management of Bottomline’s market-leading solutions spanning the business payments and cash lifecycle. With more than 20 years tenure at Bottomline, across EMEA and North America, Gareth’s experience also includes general management, strategic product management and global corporate development for payments, digital banking, and fraud and financial crime solutions. Gareth has held general manager and product management leadership roles with ACI Worldwide and Checkpoint Security Services Ltd.

Steph Lucey is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bottomline, leading business partnerships, talent recruiting, total rewards and HR services. She guides the Bottomline culture which is driven to deliver high levels of employee engagement, connection, and accountability and one that fosters and grows talent across the organization. Steph also plays a key role in shaping the company’s workplace strategy and charitable programs. Steph’s HR leadership experience spans start-up and large enterprise technology companies, both public and private. She previously held roles at companies including ClickSoftware, Everbridge, Cimpress / Vistaprint and Avid Technology.

Eve Aretakis is the Chief Technology Officer at Bottomline and is responsible for developing and executing all aspects of the company’s technical strategy to ensure alignment with the business goals. She is a long-time global product development, product management, technology, and business unit leader serving the payments, enterprise and carrier/cable marketplaces. Eve joined Bottomline from ACI Worldwide, where she held a series of executive leadership roles, most recently driving organic growth as Chief Revenue Officer. She has a history of leading successful teams across customer engagement, go-to-market and P&L strategies and management. Eve’s prior executive leadership roles include assignments with Siemens, Unify/Siemens Enterprise Communications and Unisphere Networks.

Darrell Riekena is the Chief Information Officer at Bottomline and Chairperson of the Operations Council. He oversees cyber security for the company and leads the ongoing IT transformation, leveraging opportunities to enhance operational scaling, efficiency, and effectiveness through business information and intelligence. Darrell has served in CIO and COO roles at both publicly traded and privately held companies across various industries, including Republic National Distributing Company, National DCP, LLC, Target, and The Kroger Co. His leadership has spanned business, data, and technology functions, where he has been instrumental in driving digital, data, security, and business transformation.

He joined Bottomline from Veeam, a global enterprise software company where he was instrumental in structuring and scaling its financial and operational capabilities and achieving record growth. Chuck has more than 20 years of experience in executive and senior leadership roles in finance, strategy, operations, and business transformation across enterprise software, software-as-a-service (SaaS) and financial technology. He brings a strong track record of driving growth and creating value in both publicly-traded and private-equity environments. Chuck previously held executive leadership roles with companies including Veeam, Blackhawk Network, and MedAssets, and has served as a management consultant at Bain & Company.

Mandy Miller is the Chief Customer Officer at Bottomline overseeing the global customer organization across implementations and onboarding, network and payment operations, customer success, and customer support. She joined Bottomline as Chief Transformation and Operations Officer where she helped the company build operating cadences in its first year as a private company. Mandy began her payments journey of over 25 years in technology as a mainframe programmer before moving through leadership roles in technology, operations, services, acquisition integration, solution consulting and sales, across large P&Ls for companies including ACI and First Data. In 2023, Mandy was named one of The Most Influential Women in Payments by "American Banker".
