QUALIFICATIONS * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and sustain professional relationships. * Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% within the continental United States. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or 3+ years relevant experience.     Sales Consultant - Lima Ford Lincoln of Lima We are looking for a salesperson who is motivated, a team player, willing to learn, and who can provide outstanding customer service to our customers. This individual will work with the existing team to learn our process, products & services. The training period is based on previous experience, (30 - 90 days). After training, higher compensation levels are available, assuming you can perform in our industry. Compensation is salary during training period then transitioning into team commission. We get paid as a team, so no fighting over leads. You will be paid on every unit sold and benefit from our existing experienced team and upward growth pattern. Our team system makes for a much better consumer experience and promotes teamwork.
