KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as a primary contact for customers, delivering timely and professional communication.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, A&E firms, and industry professionals.
* Develop a detailed technical understanding of our product line to effectively communicate value to customers.
* Lead marketing initiative, including the creation of promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
* Collaborate with the Estimating Dept. to support project bids and business opportunities.
* Research, identify, and evaluate public bids and business opportunities.
* Plan, coordinate, and represent Twist Aero at domestic and international trade shows. Travel required, average of 7 domestic and 1 international annually.
* Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape for sales and marketing strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and sustain professional relationships.
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% within the continental United States.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or 3+ years relevant experience. Previous sales experience preferred.

About the Role:
As the Sales Development Representative, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential dealer partners. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, individual personalized outreach and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until the deal is closed. Ultimately, you will assist in boosting sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Required Education and Experience
No prior experience or training is required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Education and Experience
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)
Valid Driver's License
Driving Record the meets insurance requirements and company policy
Current and active Sales License, in states where applicable

We are looking for a salesperson who is motivated, a team player, willing to learn, and who can provide outstanding customer service to our customers. This individual will work with the existing team to learn our process, products & services. The training period is based on previous experience, (30 - 90 days). After training, higher compensation levels are available, assuming you can perform in our industry. Compensation is salary during training period then transitioning into team commission. We get paid as a team, so no fighting over leads. You will be paid on every unit sold and benefit from our existing experienced team and upward growth pattern. Our team system makes for a much better consumer experience and promotes teamwork.
