Amanda Wilson MD, is the Founder, and CEO of North-Star Care Inc. A serial entrepreneur, Dr. Wilson has founded two previous medical service organizations.Dr. Amanda Wilson is a thought leader in the addiction space. Board Certified as an Addiction Medicine Physician, in 2009 she founded CleanSlate Centers, Inc., the first national, SAMHSA award-winning, office-based, clinical program for treating Opioid addiction. As the Founder and Chairwoman of the Board, she charted new territory in the development of a Harm-Reduction focused program for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). CleanSlate currently has over 80 clinical centers in 10 states, and has provided care to over 80,000 individuals. It has received over $150M in funding, and anticipates an exit in the near term. Taking the many learnings from growing CleanSlate, she co-founded Boulder Care, a national Telehealth solution for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) treatment in 2017. Boulder uses an enhanced mobile platform as a means of both increasing access to care by addressing multiple treatment barriers experienced by people with OUD. Boulder has raised over $15M and is the recipient of a National Institute of Drug Abuse Grant for evaluating the use of Telehealth in the Opioid Use Disorder clinical treatment space.While these companies continue to thrive and provide exceptional care on a national scale, the inadequate options for treatment available today for patients with Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) inspired the creation of North-Star Care, Inc. A comprehensive, multidisciplinary and personalized Digital Alcohol treatment program. North-Star is unique in leveraging digital technologies including Virtual Reality, Telehealth, Wearable Monitoring Devices, Pharmaco-genomic based medical treatments and other evidence based interventions to dramatically improve treatment outcomes. North-Star Care is Next Generation Rehab brought directly to patients in their own homes.

MJ brings 20+ years of leadership in leading health plans, PBMs, and specialty pharmacies. Most recently, she led business development for a national provider of toxicology and pharmacy services for pain and opioid use disorder. MJ built and led the first disease management programs at Express Scripts and managed all utilization management programs UnitedHeath, both in St. Louis. Driving clinical operations for patient outreach programs across 25+ disease states. She managed 300+ nurses and 12 million patient interactions annually. MJ serves on national committees advocating for patient access to medication treatment and telehealth.

Stephanie is passionate about digital innovation in healthcare, working to move the services industry forward through venture capital investing, research in rural India, and systems innovation at Duke Medical Center. She’s held operating & Board leadership roles with leading startups in addiction treatment, mobile oncology, dermatology and palliative care. Stephanie studied public policy and biology at Duke University.

David Lerman joined Boulder Care as CTO in 2018.David Lerman was a developer on MIT's learning management system, conducting research in cognitive neuroscience and applications of technology to evolutionary psychology. Lerman also co-founded MediaLiquid prior to VideoEgg.

Rose Bromka is a Chief Of Staff at Boulder Care and is based in Portland, Oregon. She has worked as Vice President, Philanthropy Americas at Barclays PLC; Chief of Staff at Robin Hood Foundation; and Managing Director at NationSwell. Rose attended CATLIN GABEL SCHOOL between 1998 and 2002 and DARTMOUTH COLLEGE between 2002 and 2006.
