Absolutely nothing
Cons of working at Boulder Community Health
This hospital is sitting on a lawsuit.. unfortunately if you’re not in the medical field, you wouldn’t realize just how bad it is and how many laws they break. HIPPA DOES NOT EXIST HERE. They share patient information with your neighbor. Name, condition, everything. Would you want yourself or loved ones condition being shared with another family/patient. And if you want to work there, it’s guaranteed your license is at risk. The staff has no knowledge or clue how to take care of patients. You may go in with a broken pinky finger and wind up in ICU DEAD. HIPPA HIPPA HIPPA!!!

Pros of working at Boulder Community Health
Not one thing; this place is a joke.
Cons of working at Boulder Community Health
Extremely low pay. I mean, are you freaking kidding me? The cost of living here is out of control and BCH had better figure this out or they will continue to have HR reps that can not spell.
