What You Will Do: * In addition to primary MA duties, you will perform EKGs and place heart monitors on patients and educate patients on their use. * You will complete prior authorizations and patient calls, and tasks in the in-basket. * An ideal candidate for this position is a team player who is self-motivated and likes to be challenged, is driven, and has strong critical thinking skills. You enjoy developing relationships with physicians and patients. * Experience with cardiac medications, EKG placement, and rhythm knowledge is a plus.
