Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a Bounty Hunter Training Analyst for our Colorado Springs, CO office. This position will be classified as exempt or non-exempt under applicable wage and hour laws with consideration to the candidate's qualifications and typical type of work involved.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Assist project teams on the design, development, and fielding of training systems for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
+ Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from Requirements Analysis through Implementation.
+ Work closely with the software team throughout the simulation development process to provide detailed subject matter knowledge on the operations of designated systems.
+ Draft/review documentation to support the training system development effort.
+ Provide knowledge of:
+ Designated DoD Joint operations
+ Space operations
+ Space Domain Awareness
+ Counterspace operations
+ Detecting, identifying, and characterizing SATCOM electromagnetic interference (EMI)
+ Insight into training needs.
+ Using your subject matter expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills you will create and execute manual test cases in accordance with an established test strategy to verify/validate the system requirement specifications for software under development:
+ Modeling and simulation of EMI resolution.
+ Modeling and simulation of satellite pairs.
+ Modeling and simulation of geolocation.
+ Modeling and simulation of signal characterization.
+ User interface design & implementation.
+ Report system defects, retest and track to closure.

Required Qualifications:
+ Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*
+ Minimum of 3 years of Department of Defense space operations experience.
+ Experience with Bounty Hunter system.
Desired experience/qualifications include the following:
+ Possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree.
+ Experience with Rapid Attack Identification, Detection, and Reporting System (RAIDRS) - Block 10 (RB-10).
+ Experience with other space systems.
+ Instructor or curriculum developer in the area of space operations.
+ System testing experience.
*Obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves a comprehensive background check.
