Chiropractic Care- Diversified adjusting and therapies/modalities as needed

Collaboration with the other chiropractor and staff for comprehensive patient care
Provide coverage for the lead doctor as needed
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)

Position Summary
Functions as a Team Leader of the Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) team, which provides mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and their families. The team provides continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent
with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies, or other behavioral health related field, or equivalent experience and training
• Must qualify as a QMHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132
• License as LCPC or LCSW preferred
• Knowledge of crisis de-escalation techniques and the ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations
• Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information accurately over the phone
• Sound judgement to assess situations, determine the severity of crises, and take appropriate action, including referral to emergency services
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong communication skills essential; adept at collaborating across departments and engaging with leadership at all levels.
• Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in operating various software applications, and navigating digital platforms effectively
