Great culture. Great people. The organization works to live up to its core values everyday. You can work hard and know everyone else in the organization is doing the same, but you don't have to talk about it, it's just there. People tend to share credit for positives, and take responsibility for negatives.

Great culture, great people, great management team, people share credit, share rewards for great work.

It's hard work, nothing wrong with that, but you should be prepared to bring it everyday.
