As a limited-term Paralegal Specialist in a criminal section of the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division, my professional responsibilities range from market analysis through document review to technical research, all in order to strengthen the US government's case when investigating illegal competitor contact, market allocation schemes, and price fixing. I am also exposed to extensive opportunities in civil sections reviewing mergers and acquisitions in a wide variety of industries.

My professional life has been broadly informed by my education and upbringing. My studies at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, both in Washington, D.C. and in Doha, Qatar, deepened and broadened my exposure to international markets, finance, and governments, with particular focus on the Eurozone as well as the Global South. Those experiences, coming on the heels of growing up in economies as diverse as the rapidly industrializing South Asian nation of Bangladesh to the Latin American financial hub of Panama, have instilled in me an intense interest in the interrelation of global markets and industries and a healthy respect for the power of free enterprise to lift billions out of abject poverty.
