Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides direct face-to-face (via walk-in clinic or mobile response) and telephone contact crisis intervention services. Services include conducting risk assessments, providing crisis counseling, supporting behavioral de-escalation through the use of skills coaching, and offering information and referral to a wide variety of collateral agencies, families and resources. Responsible for arranging admission to an inpatient psychiatric facility for individuals subject to Chapter 51 detentions.
