Qualifications:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Interviews, orients the person served, and collects information necessary to complete the intake process, including employability and stable housing recommendations.
Under the supervision of the direct supervisor, the incumbent records in Credible individual case information, updates case files, and provides case status information to supervision to provide a complete record of services.
Confers with supervisor and other team members at staff meetings, providing and/or receiving information as necessary to assure proper case management.
Collects, maintains, and documents data related to specific reporting requirements of the assigned program, other special client programs, and intra-agency referrals, as assigned by the supervisor.

About the role
As an Auxiliary Operator, you will work in collaboration with our facility control room to operate and inspect various power plant systems safely and efficiently to ensure the operational effectiveness of Reworld's industrial disposal process.
Position Responsibilities:
Operate and inspect power plant systems in accordance with safety operating procedures, systems include, but are not exclusively limited to boilers, air pollution control systems, ash systems, and heavy industrial equipment

Job Summary
The Operational Training Specialist aids combined cycle power generating station management in establishing, maintaining and tracking the annual station training plan. The Operational Training Specialist coordinates and facilitates the reviews, updates and revisions of the operating procedures. Responsibilities
Coordinate and develop simulator usage, including training and qualifications
Establish and maintain, as appropriate, job performance measures, technical training and testing programs that are consistent with department standards to ensure optimum efficiency for various job classifications.
Prepare requests for proposal of technical training programs that are to be contracted, receiving and analyzing proposals, consulting with station staff and department staff, and recommending selection of contractors to Station Managers. Prepare, contract and participate in vendor negotiations.
Serve as the liaison to the Generation Training group to establish all necessary technical testing materials utilizing internal subject matter experts to develop and validate as necessary
Work with the centralized Generation Training group to establish and administer a documented qualification program guide for each classification that documents technical training requirements for each job classification.
Assist station management in establishing, maintaining and tracking the annual training plan.
Facilitate development, reviews, and revisions of all operating procedures.

OVERVIEW:
The Utility Technician, under the direction of the Service Center Operations Manager, will perform tasks and duties to assist in all Operational areas. Some responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, urethane, paint, sandblast, facilities, and assembly. You will ensure that day-to-day duties are carried out efficiently to achieve on time delivery and meet the demands of the Service Center. You will conduct work activities in a professional manner that positively reflects the image of KSB GIW, Inc., its Health and Safety Policies, and conforms to current Health and Safety legislation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Executes all work in accordance with KSB GIW Inc. policies and procedures
* Ensures all work is carried out in a clean and safe environment as per current Health and Safety legislation
* Provides support throughout the Florida Service Center based on business needs to include locating and retrieving parts to prepare for urethane, paint, sandblast and assembly
* Ability to accurately measure various chemicals for different processes to include but not limited to the paint and urethane process
* Prepares various products with the use of measurement equipment such as viscosity cups, thickness gauges, gloss gauges, curative ratios using formula and % theory using an understanding of chemistry to mix the appropriate compounds for the job task
* Accurately select the appropriate paint or urethane for the assigned task to maintain compliance with KSB GIW, Inc. procedures
* Locates/retrieves and prepares industrial rotating equipment components for assigned task and follows the appropriate process associated with the task to be completed
* Uses a variety of techniques and tools best suited to paint on primers, pre-finishes and finishing coats onto surfaces of pump/gearbox assemblies and components to meet KSB GIW, Inc. requirements taking care to avoid unnecessary damage of components. Other unfamiliar product types may be required from time to time.
* Thoroughly examines industrial rotating equipment components after completion by means of visual inspection ensuring conformance to KSB GIW Inc. requirements. Other unfamiliar product types may be required from time to time.
* Prepares completed pump/gearbox assemblies and components for shipping department by fitting appropriate data tags, warning tags, identification tags and applying appropriate corrosion protective coatings to unpainted surfaces, installing blank covers to pump suction and discharge flanges and any other open flange or fitting connection.
* Responsible for maintaining required inventory of supplies for the paint department
* Responsible for housekeeping on the respective shift and work areas
* Ensures and mandates proper operation of all equipment while monitoring tool and equipment condition and maintenance status
* Assists and trains fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
* Ensures all Quality Standards are always maintained and adhered to
* Ensures safe/correct lifting of parts and adheres to Health and Safety/Environmental legislations upholding KSB GIW, Inc. Health and Safety Policy.
* Carries out all other tasks that may be occasionally delegated
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a previous industrial coating role (experience with industrial rotating equipment components is considered a plus)
* General mechanical skills required
* Must be able to work overtime on short notice as and when required
* Ability to use various types of painting equipment, hand and power tools
* Ability to select and mix various chemicals to include paint and urethane to required mix ratio
* Ability to differentiate between colors
* Must be able to wear appropriate personnel protective equipment for paint, sandblasting and urethane
* Ability to use and read various types of precision measuring equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical and safety data sheets and work procedures
* Operates forklifts and cranes as and when required
* Willing to pursue further education and training as needed
* Possesses good judgment and decision-making skills
* Promotes safety and housekeeping at all times
* Adheres to Company guidelines, rules, and policies regarding attendance, punctuality and safety
* Performs at a high standard in each area of responsibility
* Attention to detail
* Familiar and understanding of painting technics and processes

Job Description
The Assistant Golf Professional (Pro) assists the Head Golf Professional with all golf shop activities and outside services operations and is responsible for ensuring that pass-holders, members, and guests receive outstanding customer service, which meets or exceeds their expectations. The Assistant Golf Pro is instrumental in organizing and implementing golf events, tournaments, outings, leagues, teaching clinics, and other golf programs designed to improve the Club's products and services as well as its competitive position in the marketplace.
Primary Duties
Assist in implementing applicable company operating, human resources, and safety policies and procedures pertaining to golf shop and outside service activities. Ensure procedures are followed to open, close, and secure the golf shop and storage buildings.
Handle cash flow in the golf shop, ensuring that cash and credit card charges balance with sales receipts in accordance with operating procedures.
Monitor the performance of assigned staff including golf shop attendants, starters, rangers, and outside service staff to ensure customer service standards and productivity goals are achieved.
Ensure that the golf shop, storage areas, cart shed, and grounds are maintained per company cleanliness and appearance standards. Maintain clean, presentable, and fully stocked merchandise displays.
Assist in the preparation operating and capital budgets. Provide assistance with financial forecasts and analyzing budget variances as appropriate.
Assist with physical inventory at month end in accordance with inventory procedures.
Ensure accurate tracking of types and quantity of golf rounds played. Monitor customer preferences, usage patterns, and satisfaction with company products and services. Assess the quality of internal and external customer service and speed of play. Recommend plans for continued improvement.
Interact with pass-holders, members, and guests in a congenial and professional manner.
Maintain pleasant and professional telephone manner at all times. Schedule tee times and handle customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with operating policies and procedures.
Plan and conduct individual and group lesson programs and golf clinics.
Assist with organizing and implementing tournaments, group outings and special events. Ensure efficient operation and coordination of golf shop, cart service, and other services as applicable. Be fully knowledgeable of golf shop merchandise. Sell merchandise and provide suggestions to patrons as appropriate to meet their needs.
Assist with organizing and maintaining ancillary services such as the handicapping system, membership programs, and driving range facilities.
Assure the efficient and timely submission of all required reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferred. Must be enrolled in PGA Professional Management Program.
Minimum one-year experience in the golf or hospitality industry preferred.
Demonstrated experience and capability in the areas of retailing, marketing and sales, customer service, and guest relations preferred.
Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, work flexible hours as required including nights and weekends.
Must present self in a positive and professional manner and appearance in all situations.
Must also be able to read and write English.
