What you will do - We have an opportunity for an Associate Litigation Attorney with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our San Jose, Costa Mesa, San Diego or Torrance, CA locations! You'll be a vital member of our team, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development-including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, writing and arguing motions, managing critical discovery tasks, and working with partners through trial. You'll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution. This is a hybrid position, with flexibility to work remotely.
