Serving as a trusted partner to the Landscape Architecture lead, the Senior Landscape Architect / Project Manager will take ownership of projects, guide and review staff work, ensure technical excellence, and elevate design quality across the studio. The ideal candidate is a seasoned designer and project manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and is motivated to make an immediate and meaningful impact on a growing practice. While business development experience and existing client relationships are welcomed, the primary focus of this role is design leadership, project management, and staff oversight. Serve as the primary day-to-day project manager, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. * Coordinate with in-house engineers and multidisciplinary teams to produce cohesive, high-quality deliverables. * Support proposal development and client meetings as needed; business development contributions are welcome but not required. * Research zoning, codes, and agency regulations; prepare and manage submission packages. * Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with design intent and construction documents. * Contribute to studio growth by mentoring staff, developing best practices, and elevating design standards. * Finalizing scope of projects, preparing bid summaries, preparing project budgets and cost estimates. * Prepare and direct preparation of designs, specification, plans, estimates and reports for projects. * Review job cost sheets and prepare monthly billings.
