What You Will Do for ESA
As an Urban Planner - Community Planning, you will contribute to and help lead planning work across a variety of community-focused projects while continuing to grow your skills through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on experience.
Technical Planning and Task Leadership
Perform land use and community planning research and analysis, including zoning interpretation, policy review, demographic and spatial analysis.
Serve as a contributing author of planning documents such as Specific Plans, Area Plans, Master Plans, General Plan updates, zoning and design standards, technical memoranda.
Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported draft documents and graphics.

Base salary range:
$122,400 to $149,600 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description.

+ The client is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Capacity Planning & Order Management TPM to support our Compute Resources Order Management Operations. The role will focus on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of compute resource requests, ensuring timely order placement, tracking, reconciliation, and stakeholder communication.
+ This position requires a strong background in datacenter / GPU infrastructure capacity planning, infrastructure project delivery, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with both technical and operational teams to drive seamless execution.
+ The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in project management methodologies and analytical skills (SQL, dashboarding) to provide visibility into order health, capacity planning (CPU, GPU, and datacenter infrastructure), and fulfillment efficiency. **Responsibilities:**
