**Purpose**

**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.

+ Demonstrated experience leading professional engineering projects with transportation engineering projects required.
+ Experience with transportation strongly preferred.
+ EIT Registration required.
+ Professional Engineer (PE) Registration or ability to receive within six (6) months strongly preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Valid state driver's license and ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle check or reliable form of transportation to/from the office and/or project site strongly preferred.
+ Proficient knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, or other engineering design software.

+ Establish and ensure that monitoring of recordkeeping is occurring within the program. Ensure guest information is kept private in accordance with customer policies, procedures, and practices, and as required by law.
+ Support the preparation of regular reports in a form and format specified by the customer to ensure programs are meeting goals and objectives. Ensure that files are up to date and in compliance with all State and federal contracts.
+ Collaborate with the Project Management Office team to ensure systems are in place for quality assurance.
+ Maintain knowledge about area vendors and facilities.
+ Ensure adequate site inventory of necessary supplies and resources for guests and staff and maintain inventory records.
+ Works closely with Community Resource Coordinator and help foster relationships with volunteer groups and community organizations.
+ Assist with the development of systems, processes and tools to enhance program performance.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
+ Bachelor's Degree in social service, education, psychology, sociology or other relevant behavioral science, or an Associates degree and additional (2) years of relevant experience.
+ Must have at least two (2) years of progressive employment experience with a social services agency or organization, or two years of operations management experience.
+ Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check and a background check, after accepting a conditional offer of employment.

**Purpose**
