Jim Stephenson

Jim is responsible for leading and executing the Company’s acquisition and investment strategies, advancing TRC’s operational and financial growth objectives. In addition, Jim directs post-acquisition integration efforts to ensure long-term profitable growth is achieved with each acquisition. Jim also leads the Company’s Real Estate management and the Financial Planning & Analysis team that is responsible for the Company’s annual budget and forecasting efforts, as well as delivering financial and operational analytics. Bryan B. Min
Epsilon Systems

Mr. Min is the Founder & CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. He is an immigrant from South Korea and a proud American veteran. The employee-ownership philosophy and entrepreneurial spirit Mr. Min established at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has been the primary reason for the tremendous growth since its inception in 1998. Epsilon Systems employs “Epsiloneers” across 26 locations in the U.S. and Asia and has become one of the premier government contracting firms. Epsilon has a broad customer base supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security as well as selected commercial customers. Mr. Min has received various military, business and community leadership honors from organizations such as United States Congress, U.S. Navy, Ernst & Young, Asian Business Association, and University of Southern California. Qualified as a Naval Nuclear Engineering officer, he served on both active and reserve duty from 1986 to 1998 as an officer in the U.S. Submarine Force. Mr. Min holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Southern California and Virginia Tech, respectively. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program and earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Complementing his academic achievements, Mr. Min is a Board Member of both profit and non-profit organizations, including the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering and Santa Fe Christian Schools. Passionate about giving back to the community, Mr. Min established the ESSential Foundation in 2000 and Operation Promise in 2009. The ESSential Foundation funds, among other things, military support organizations, caregivers of wounded warriors, international micro-finance, religious, educational organizations as well as community programs that support the homeless and troubled youth. Mr. Min also co-founded a church and is an Ironman tri-athlete and a marathoner.

George Demou is the President and CEO of Avtex. George has a strong track record of acquiring, integrating and leading technology organizations. George has worked in the technology industry for over 25 years and run companies in the Contact Center & Consulting Services for the past 18 years. Mark Marano is President, Americas Region and Chief Growth Officer at Westinghouse Electric Company. Marano brings more than 20 years of nuclear industry experience to his position as president, Americas. Prior to his arrival at Westinghouse, Mr. Marano was the senior vice president of Business Development for Areva NP in Charlotte, North Carolina (USA). Prior to this position, he was senior vice president, New Plants. Before his positions at Areva, Mr. Marano held executive leadership roles at Burns and Roe Enterprises Inc and GE Hitachi. From 2005 through 2006 Mr. Marano was vice president of financial planning for American Electric Power (AEP), and from 2001 to 2005, Mr. Marano served as president and chief executive officer of Numanco LLC, an American Electric Power subsidiary. In this role he was responsible for making the company profitable over a span of three years after losses in excess of $20 million. Concurrently, he served as vice president of Generation Business Services, where he was responsible for management and oversight of all business services in support of AEP’s generation fleet of 82 plants in 11 states, inclusive of nuclear, coal, gas, and hydro.
