Ensure cartons are full before sealing. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate production records. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. Capable of inspecting fasteners for quality assurance. Requirements Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction). Able to read and write clearly. Skilled in operating forklifts, lift trucks, electric dollies, chain hoists, stampers, and hand tape-sealers. Above-average manual dexterity. Physically able to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs throughout the shift. May be required to stand for the entire shift depending on the area. Comfortable working in environments with noise, dirt, fumes, and potential exposure to lost-time accidents (hands, arms, feet, back) within OSHA guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by carefully packing items to ensure they are protected during transit.
