The Help Desk Specialist serves as the first point of contact for technical support within the organization, providing assistance for desktop systems, applications, and building technology systems. This role ensures employees receive timely and effective technical support across all US based Boxer Property corporate and management offices, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent productivity. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with system configurations, and supporting building systems such as Access Control and Video Surveillance. The role also contributes to user training, device management, and IT documentation. The focus of this position is to work with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that position Colliers a leader in the commercial real estate industry. The Senior Marketing Manager will be accountable to develop the structure and resources required to execute on marketing initiatives. In this role, you will… * Plan, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans, messaging, and marketing materials. * Drive brand awareness through internal and external campaigns for the service line, while measuring KPI's on engagement and lead generation * Develop and oversee social media strategy and outlets, including content curation, creation and campaigns * Draft copy that clearly and efficiently communicates internal and external messaging to key stakeholders, clients and prospects * Support and direct national transitional promotion by partnering with regional, national and third-party PR professionals. * Work with events team and other resources to ensure successful execution of all service line events nationally, as appropriate * Partner with research and manage contract support for national research reports * Lead the successful execution and launch of service line and practice group-related products and collateral in alignment with company goals * Ensure that projects are completed in a high-quality and timely fashion, including management, tracking and implementation of an ongoing calendar of marketing deliverables and events * Take responsibility for getting things done, orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals and deadline * Actively collaborate, build lasting relationships to partner with internal clients within the service line, corporate departments (brand, communications, research, digital) and marketing teams in local markets and other regions, as required * Assist with ensuring efficient marketing operations of the service line including recurring calls, reports, communications and projects as required What you'll bring * BA/BS Degree or relevant work experience required * 7-8 years' experience in a marketing management role * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat is preferred, but not required * Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies * Solid critical thinking skills, a methodical and creative approach to problem solving, excellent skills at executing plans * Excellent oral and written communications skills required * Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines in an organized manner Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $109,347/year - $145,000/year Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Maintenance Technician/Day Cleaner is a hands on position that provides clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surroundings for the tenants, employees, and public. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist Painters, Maintenance Tech, Day Cleaner, HVAC Tech doing whatever assigned Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc. Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners Empty trash cans (inside and outside building) and recyclables into disposal areas Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc. Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to client in the comments section on the customer checklist Arrive to work (client location) at scheduled time, perform services to established standards and insure the clients facility is locked and secured when you finish and leave Handle special requests for customers as appropriate and note handling on the customer checklist and company paperwork Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting Mow grass of property Building repairs Painting projects as assigned All other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications Experience, Knowledge and Education: Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently with excellent attention to detail Must be able to work independently with little direction Must have basic computer skills (email, CMMS, etc.) High School diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate maintenance and operations preferred Technical training and license preferred Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily Must report to work consistently and be punctual Physical Requirements: Must be able to work safely in outdoor climate year-round Be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to lifting (up to 50 lbs unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the maintenance and construction trades Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to electrical hazards Additional Requirements: Successfully pass pre-employment screening.
