* Scheduling mediations and managing the logistical aspects to facilitate smooth and efficient dispute resolution.

Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in Workers' Compensation or related litigation fields.
* Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, with the ability to efficiently manage correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, court personnel, and team members.
