Construction Law Assignment: * Serve as the Office's construction law resource for County construction projects. * Draft and review construction contracts, amendments, and related project documents. * Provide legal counsel regarding bidding procedures, procurement compliance, contract interpretation, and construction disputes. * Represent the County in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and provide litigation support for construction-related matters. Performs skilled water safety work in preventing accidents and injuries at a County waterpark.
