I would improve the culture at Boys and Girls Club of Henderson County by finding a new CEO who has leadership skills and common sense.
I came prepared to give ideas to develop the mission of the Club and source revenue for the Club.
It is only slightly below average.
Diversity used ti be valued within the Club. Now it is an afterthought at best and discouraged at worst.
It is quite fulfilling to work with disadvantaged youth and watch them reach new heights.
