Many of my colleagues are excellent people to work with. Nonprofit org with a good mission.

Chaos. We're always understaffed. We're always under pressure to develop things before leadership has even made decisions about what they want.

The employers and how we are treated. We are overworked for what we are paid and we are pushed beyond our limits.
