Reporting to the Clubhouse Director, the Program Aide is responsible for implementing, leading, directing, and evaluating youth programs and activities in one or more program areas. This role involves providing supervision to members, participating in daily functions, and assisting with the smooth operation of the Clubhouse. Mornings: 6AM-10AM James Club - 2530 East Carey Avenue North Las Vegas, NV 89030 Southern Highlands - 10900 Southern Highlands Pkwy. Las Vegas, NV 89141 Afternoon: 2PM-7PM Gulbis Club - 9552 West Tropicana Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89147 Kish Club - 401 Drake Street, Henderson, NV 89015 Pay Rate: $17 per hour The essential job duties for this role include:
Lead and implement programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes.
Promote and stimulate members' interest in core area program participation.
Ensure members are encouraged to participate in a variety of program areas/activities and receive respect, recognition, instruction, and constructive feedback to develop skills.
Ensure program objectives are completed within club-specific requirements, resources, and timelines under the guidance of the Clubhouse Director, Assistant Clubhouse Director, and/or Specialist staff.
Support programs managed by fellow Youth Development Professionals.
Demonstrate leadership in relation to members, parents, Youth Development Professionals, and visitors conduct and safety to ensure a proper environment for member development.
Serve as a mentor/role model for members.
Apply corrective action that is fair, consistent, and age appropriate and provide written documentation and support when necessary for conduct/behavior issues.
Assist in the cleanliness and safe operation of all program areas, Clubhouse, and grounds.
Work cohesively with all Youth Development Professionals to foster a positive environment for staff and members.
Assist and participate in all aspects of the Clubhouse including, but not limited to all program areas, programs, cleaning, or other scheduled duties as assigned.
Enforce and abide by Clubhouse rules, organization policies, procedures and practices.
Assist with other Clubhouse administrative duties as needed.
Provide attention and direction to special needs children as required.
Drive Club vans periodically.
Maintain a professional appearance and bearing reflective of the high standards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada.

The Director of Development is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a comprehensive fundraising and relationship-building program to support the mission and strategic goals of the organization. This position oversees all fundraising initiatives, including events, individual giving, donor retention, and partnership cultivation. Fundraising & Development Strategy
Oversee all aspects of fundraising events, from concept and sponsorship acquisition to execution and post-event stewardship.
Identify, cultivate, and solicit new donors, sponsors, and community partners to expand the organization's funding base.
Implement cross-promotional opportunities with corporate and community partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-value donors, ensuring long-term engagement and stewardship.
Lead individual giving campaigns and donor retention programs, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable impact.
Expand and manage volunteer programs to increase community involvement.
Partner with local businesses to create sponsorship and fundraising opportunities.
Collaborate with PR agency to develop and execute yearly marketing/ public relations strategies that enhance the organization's reputation and brand presence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Regularly evaluate and adjust communication plans based on analytics and feedback to ensure effectiveness. Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple marketing channels, managing scheduling and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
Develop and manage a diversified fundraising portfolio with annual revenue targets across individual giving, corporate partnerships, foundations, and events.
Partner with the Chief Development Officer to forecast revenue and track performance against annual goals.
Networking & Community Engagement
Schedule and lead new partner meetings and Clubhouse tours to showcase the organization's mission and impact.
Represent the organization at mixers, social events, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build relationships.
Cultivate and develop relationships with community leaders, corporations, and philanthropic organizations.
Oversee strategy with The Firm/communication plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Donor & Resource Management
Supervise Resource Development Assistants, ensuring timely and accurate batch reports, data entry, and donor system management.
Oversee donor retention programs, donor prospecting, and scheduling potential donor meetings.
Ensure effective execution of department and organization-wide events, fundraisers, and donor engagement activities.
Leadership & Team Development
Supervise and develop two direct reports:
Events Manager - oversees all aspects of the organization's fundraising events and non-fundraising. Post all social media content, providing analytics.
Donor Relations Coordinator - manages scheduling for new partner meetings, donor tours, data entry for donor management software, email database management, and stewardship tracking.
Provide organization-wide training on development strategies to ensure all stakeholders understand its role and have the tools to support the strategic development plan.
Provide strategic leadership to the Resource Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Develop and implement annual development goals and metrics to meet revenue targets, providing regular updates and reports.
Manage budgets related to events, campaigns, and development initiatives.
Monitor team performance and ensure professional development opportunities for staff.
Collaborate with leadership to create and implement a strategic development plan aligned with organizational priorities.
Partner with finance and program leadership to ensure accurate reporting of impact and proper use of funds.
Other Duties
Will be required to assist with BGCSNV special events.
Provide administrative and strategic support to the Chief Development Officer, including scheduling donor and partner meetings, preparing reports or presentation materials, and assisting with board and committee communications.

This includes planning, development, reporting, and implementation of these programs in collaboration with the Programs team. The Healthy Lifestyles Specialist also assists with other operational functions of the Clubhouse and may serve as acting Clubhouse supervisor in the absence of the Clubhouse Director and Assistant Clubhouse Director.

Compensation: $19.00 hourly. Eligible for full-time benefits after the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
