2026 Interns Interns will attend the same training as regular CFBR employees. They are responsible for providing individual clinical services and appropriate assessments for Boys Ranch residents utilizing a strength-based approach, under the supervision of an LCSW or an LMSW (with 2 years post-grad experience).
