As the Industrial Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of distribution centers, warehouses, and associated infrastructure. This role ensures the facility is safe, functional, and compliant with OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations. The Facilities Manager collaborates with maintenance teams, vendors, and leadership to optimize operational efficiency, control costs, and support distribution operations. Responsibilities: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for warehouse buildings, equipment, and utilities. Manage facility and grounds maintenance staff.
