As a WarehouseSelector your responsibilities include but are not limited to selecting, storing, packing and monitoring the inventory of products and equipment, and performing tasks related to the shipping and transporting of customer orders. The selection tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest quality standard(s) of personal safety, pallet construction with product integrity as a core focus, and efficiency through time management.
Responsibilities:
Uses powered industrial equipment (center riders, long-forks, forklifts etc) in a safe manner, employing proper lifting techniques when performing job tasks, and adhering to the safety rules at all times
Following all pre-shift and post shift procedures such as but not limited to - clocking in, stretching, obtaining voice equipment, pre-trip inspection of equipment, cleaning of equipment, returning voice equipment; parking equipment in designated areas

Transporting completed pallets of selected products to designated bay location(s) based on assigned transaction
Achieving and maintaining established productivity standards of selection based on company standards
Select product in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures based on the assigned location
Assist in cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment in the warehouse
Flexibility to work various or additional shifts, as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays

A2Z Workforce is hiring experienced Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operators for a fast-paced warehouse in Imperial, Pennsylvania. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected company offering great long-term benefits once hired on.
Responsibilities:
Operate Reach Truck and Cherry Picker forklifts
Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts
Use RF scanners for inventory and product placement
Lift up to 80 lbs. consistently and up to 120 lbs. occasionally
Work at heights up to 26 feet, must be comfortable working at these heights while safely operating equipment.
Be on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
Contribute to the safety culture, ensuring that you adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Assist with loading/unloading trucks
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants are prevalent.

Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
Ability to pass forklift certification
Ability to pass a background check
Willing to work overtime as needed
