I was team lead of 4 to 6 I over come being the youngest of the team. But we got a lot done over many teams. Of BP teams over the USA. Being the smallest team we did so much and I double check before putting done pile.
The age being the youngest but being put down when my team got so much done.
When we get there no one like us but we finish and we somemany thank you on the way out.
Many ceo at every site I talk to they wanted me back for furtute projects.
I come with a smile and leave that way.

I made $35 per hour
There is a lot it is very hard until I finish.
May I say everyone not happy with IT then when we leave they everyone in a great mood.
The uniforms were comfortable and the displays were updated frequently enough that the information as always up to date for the customers as well as being visually appealing.
The standards were poor and they seemed to have minimal interest in maintaining a positive representation of their brand within independent establishments beyond advertising updates. Ensuring employees were treated fairly and the establishments were clean seemed to be at the bottom of their list.
Regular customers who came in and made the job enjoyable. Otherwise the job itself did not offer any benefits.
